Financial Requirements
First of all, citizenship is issued by the main applicant, and then by relatives.
An irrevocable investment
One-time fee to the national fund: $130,000
Investors make a contribution to the state fund, the money from which is used to develop the economy of Vanuatu and combat the consequences of natural disasters.
One-time fee to the CNO FUTURE FUND for coconut oil production: $157,000
The option has already attracted more than $1 million to the country. The investors’ money will be directed to a specially created fund, the CNO Future Fund, to support the sustainable development of electricity production from renewable sources, one of which in their country is coconut oil.
One-time fee to the CNO FUTURE FUND for cocoa production: $155,000
Cocoa is one of Vanuatu’s main exports. It is produced by 25% of rural households in the country, and about 1,500 tons are exported annually. The investors’ money will be used to help local farmers.
Application Process
consists of several stages:

Preliminary check. An Albatross certified specialist examines information about the investor and assesses possible risks. The procedure is confidential, and a copy of your passport is sufficient for it.
Such a check helps to identify potential problems and find a solution in advance — for example, to attach additional documents to the application. -
FIU Pre-check Albatross lawyers help prepare documents for submission to the State Financial Intelligence Unit, or Financial lntelligence Unit (FIU). The documents are translated into English and the copies are notarized. Then they fill out the government forms.

At this stage, the investor pays a Due Diligence fee of $5,500.
Lawyers send the investor’s documents to the state financial intelligence unit. They conduct an initial audit of the investor and his family members. -
Submitting an application. After checking with FIU, the investor submits an application for participation in the citizenship program and receives permission to undergo Due Diligence, or a security check.
The documents are reviewed by the Selection Committee and the Citizenship Commission. The check lasts up to 2 weeks.
The investor and all family members, regardless of age, submit biometrics. The data is necessary for manufacturing the chip, which is embedded in the passport. They must be submitted at the immigration office in Vanuatu or at one of its four consulates – Dubai, Brussels, Hong Kong or Noumea. -
Fulfillment of the investment condition. If the application is approved, the investor transfers the money to the fund. This must be done within 90 days.

Getting a passport The final documents are reviewed by the Citizenship Committee. When the application is approved, the investor receives a letter of approval and a certificate of citizenship.
The passport is produced within a month.
