EU Blue Card holders must have a salary of at least €5,200 per month.

Entrepreneurs must deposit at least €30,000 in business capital.

Investors must invest a minimum of €300,000.

Artists and cultural professionals must prove an income of at least €1,300 per month from the previous year and have contracts for the upcoming year.

Financial stability is a key factor in obtaining the visa.

Application Process

Applying for the Talent Passport involves several steps:

  • Choose a category: Identify the category that best matches your professional background.

  • Prepare documents:

    • Valid passport
    • Proof of qualifications (diplomas, certificates, references).
    • CV and motivation letter.
    • Proof of financial stability (bank statements).
    • Business plan (for entrepreneurs).
