Freelancers are usually best served by a residence permit as an individual entrepreneur (IE), and employees by one through their own company. No business experience is needed — we handle all the paperwork.

No. A residence permit requires neither language skills nor exams. For an ethnic permanent residence permit, and for a permit through marriage or as an individual entrepreneur, you need a medical check (blood test and chest X-ray) — 15 minutes at a private clinic, accompanied by us.

The application is reviewed in about 90 working days. The whole process, from preparing the documents to receiving the passport, takes about 6 months. You come in person twice: first for 1 day to submit the documents (when submitting in Yerevan), then to collect the passport.

Yes, Armenia recognises dual citizenship.

It depends on the basis. For naturalisation there are two exams: Armenian at B1 level and a test on the Constitution of Armenia. Through marriage — only the Constitution test. Based on Armenian descent — no exams at all: neither the language nor the Constitution test. We prepare you for the tests with official materials.

Men aged 18–27 are required to serve, but service does not apply to those who hold a military ID of another country.
