This document is required for interaction with government authorities, banks, and other institutions that require proof of legal status.

Requirements
🔴Valid employment contract with an Armenian employer (even if you are an entrepreneur and register yourself as the director of your own company).
🔴Registration in the electronic work permit system at work permit.am.
State Duty
The state fee for obtaining the certificate is 105 000 AMD.
🟦❗*Citizens of EAEU member countries are exempt from this fee.
List of Documents
🔷Valid passport (original and notarized translation).
🔷Employment contract with the Armenian employer (copy).
🔷Social Security Number (SSN) (similar to the Russian SNILS).
Processing Time
The certificate will be processed within up to 60 days from the submission of documents.
